Check out this tip on how to easily clean your grill using only a ball of Reynold's® foil. I tried it and it worked great! No more grungy grill brushes for me. Look at my nice clean grill...

Singapore Noodles with Shrimp
I love Asian noodle recipes! I've tried many in my blogging days! This one is a little different because it's a fusion of Chinese and Indian flavors! The curry powder gives it some heat. Most Singapore Noodle recipes are on the bland side, in my opinion!

Creamy Crab Pasta
This recipe was calling my name from the first moment I laid eyes on it! I found the recipe on a food blog called
I love creamy, cheesy, pasta recipes! And I had a can of lump crab meat that was begging to be used!! So this was destiny!
I whipped this up so quickly...it was done in LESS than 30 minutes! Take that, Rachael Ray!
This was so good! I was afraid there wouldn't be any left to put with the pasta! I was just eating it out of the pan while I was waiting for the pasta to boil! That's when I realized that this recipe would work great as a dip! Or maybe even as a stuffing for mushrooms!
I was so tempted to tweak this recipe because the ingredients looked to simple... how could it be tasty? Oh, but it was perfect 'as is'... So don't mess with it! The only thing I did was sprinkle some fresh chopped parsley on top to make it look pretty for the camera!

Scallop Scallopini!?!?!
Well, why not....it has the word 'scallop' right there in the beginning of the word 'scallopini'!
Let me explain why I decided to create this recipe for 'Scallop Scallopini', with a little help from McCormick!

Crabby Patties...or Crab Cakes, if you're not a Square Pants Fan!
I love to order crab cakes whenever I go to a really good seafood restaurant! And 90% of the time I end up being very disappointed! Most times the crab cakes are either too fishy, too pasty, too dry or they just don't taste anything like crab! You would think they could get it right if they're specializing in seafood!
Then one day,

A Delicious Fish Recipe with a Story!
Jim and his 47 lb. Striped Bass |
This recipe and this bass were both given to me by my husbands co-worker named Jim Speer! When my husband told me that Jim had an amazing recipe for striped bass I said "Oh, that's nice"...never thinking he really had an amazing recipe for striped bass! He works in an office. He's not a Chef! How good can it be? But he does love to go fishing! So I knew the fish would be fresh!
Well, I can honestly say that this is the best broiled fillet of fish I ever ate!!!

A Crab Delight!
I was asked to make this recipe as one of my tasks for the Allrecipes.com Brand Ambassador Program. I knew I would love it because I love all things crab! This tasted like a really good crab cake! And I love the crunchy fresh breadcrumb/butter topping! This was very easy to make and is perfect as an appetizer! Here is the link to the recipe, along with my photo! I only made 2 changes to the recipe. I used imitation crab meat ( gasp! I know that's so wrong but I needed to use it or toss it) and I accidently used the fresh breadcrumbs IN the crab mixture AND on top of the mixture! It turned out to be a delicious mistake, so I'll make it like that from now on!
