A Crab Delight!

I was asked to make this recipe as one of my tasks for the Brand Ambassador Program. I knew I would love it because I love all things crab! This tasted like a really good crab cake! And I love the crunchy fresh breadcrumb/butter topping! This was very easy to make and is perfect as an appetizer! Here is the link to the recipe, along with my photo! I only made 2 changes to the recipe. I used imitation crab meat ( gasp! I know that's so wrong but I needed to use it or toss it) and I accidently used the fresh breadcrumbs IN the crab mixture AND on top of the mixture! It turned out to be a delicious mistake, so I'll make it like that from now on!

  1. Lillian, that's how I make mine, with the breadcrumbs in it & as a coating. That's how we did it in the restaurant also & loved it.

    1. Well this was definitely restaurant quality! It doesn't reheat too well though! I had the leftovers for was much better when served straight from the oven while the topping was still nice and crunchy! I'll be making this often!
