I almost forgot to share these with my readers! I made them a few years ago. These easy little fruit kabobs have been all over the internet. I made them for the kids but the adults loved them too. They were a delicious conversation piece at the dessert table. You can even take these a little further by drawing Grinch faces on the grapes using black colored cake glaze...the kind that hardens as it dries so it won't smear.
Here's how to make them...
INGREDIENTS:
mini marshmallows
strawberries, washed and stems removed
bananas, cut into thin slices
seedless green grapes
toothpicks or sandwich picks
DIRECTIONS:
Slide a mini marshmallow onto the toothpick, followed by a strawberry with the pointed end touching the marshmallow. Then slide on the banana slice, followed by a grape.
Repeat until you have as many Grinch kabobs as needed. Chill until ready to serve.
These can be made a day in advance.
