Easy Oven Smoked Steak! No Wood Chips Needed!

There's nothing more satisfying than the taste of freshly barbecued steak on a grill. But sometimes it's just not convenient to barbecue outdoors! Well here's a recipe for those days when you cannot use your outdoor grill. Its easy! No wood chips involved!  Just steak plus 5 simple ingredients! And it tastes like you grilled it! I've made this many times! Serve with some potatoes and a green veg of your's that easy! This recipe was posted on the Internet by a cook named Annieamie. The photo is my own.

  1. I love this recipe! It's perfect if the weather is bad and you are wanting grill flavor. Hey that liquid soak is so good in southern greens. You can have all the flavor and no fat. sw☺

    1. Thanks Sherri! I never thought to use liquid smoke in greens!! I love that idea! I love anything that has a smoked flavor!

  2. Lillian, great idea! Thanks for sharing!!@

  3. There are many times during the year that cooking a steak in the oven is the only option. Thanks.

    1. Hi Karen! Yes, that's very true! I hope you'll try this one!

  4. Not a fan of liquid smoke. I burp the imitation smoke all day. I like the rest of the seasonings and cooking method to cook steak.

    1. Oh! I'm the opposite! I'm hooked on liquid smoke! I really want to try smoking meat with real wood chips one day!
