Honey Lemon Glazed Oven Roasted Chicken
Your mouth should be watering just from reading the title! This recipe was so delicious in so many ways! Not only did I savor ever bite of the chicken, but the onions were pretty amazing too! Tender and sweet from basting in the glaze. Just add some potatoes or a green veggie and dinner is done with just a few ingredients!
This recipe was given to me by my foodie friend and fellow food blogger Judith from The Midnight Baker. She got the recipe from her friend Tara McConnell. It was Tara's mother's recipe.
